Parking
Trailer Parking
Trucks and trailers should proceed straight through the main parking lot into the adjacent field. There is ample space to hold all team trucks and trailers, so please spread out. In the event of heavy rains and soft ground, all trailers will need to park in the main lot in close proximity to each other. There will not be space to rig or store boats in this lot, so all shell should be unloaded and rigged and staged from the large field. In this scenario, parking spaces for team support vehicles will be limited.
Trailer Parking Hours
The trailer parking area will be open all day on Friday until 8 PM. Please reach out if you plan to arrive after 8 PM and do not have alternative parking for the night. The lot will open up again at 6 AM on Saturday morning.
Team Support Vehicles
In addition to a team truck/trailer, each team will be offered a single parking permit for a support vehicle at the site. This is intended to help with food or parent tent support. The pass for each team will be handed out on the morning of the event when the vehicle enters the site.
Athlete and Spectator Parking
Parking is very limited at the regatta site and is limited to volunteers and team trailers/tow vehicles. There is a remote parking area available for athletes and spectators at the Blue Ridge High School in Farmer City approximately 10 minutes from the venue. A free shuttle service will be provided every 10-15 minutes from 6 AM – 5 PM. Vehicles are encouraged to drop passengers off at the race venue before proceeding to the parking lot as the shuttles are expected to be crowded at the start and end of the day.
