The Illinois Rowing Association is soliciting sponsors for the 2026 season
Sponsorships and corporate partnerships are key to support future regattas and new programs at the Clinton Lake Rowing Center. With the construction of our new boathouse, we are looking to invest in the infrastructure needed to support community rowing programs and more events at Clinton Lake throughout the year.
To meet these ends, we are looking for sponsors for the 2026 Illinois Collegiate and Junior Rowing Invitationals. These regattas will host over 30 teams and 1500 high school and collegiate athletes plus spectators from across the Great Lakes and Plains regions. By providing a venue for rowing competitions in Illinois, the Illinois Rowing Association is filling a vital need for the Midwest rowing community.

2026 Sponsorship Tiers
All Supporters will be recognized in all digital and print media associated with the regattas. The Illinois Rowing Teams and the Illinois Rowing Association will proudly include sponsor's name with all media associated with the events, and will maintain sponsor's names and links (if applicable) on their website throughout the year.
Bronze Level Sponsors will have their logo displayed in all digital and print media associated with the regattas. The Illinois Rowing Teams and the Illinois Rowing Association will proudly include sponsor's name a logo with all media associated with the events, and will maintain sponsor's names and links (if applicable) on their website throughout the year.
Silver Level Sponsors will enjoy all of the benefits of the Bronze Level with logos displayed prominently on all digital and print media and the opportunity to place limited advertising at the venue on race day.
Gold Level Sponsors will receive all benefits listed above as well as naming and presentation rights to one of the individual events i.e. The [Your Name Here] Girl’s Double Trophy.
Platinum Level Sponsors will receive all benefits listed above as well as naming and presentation rights to one of the premier individual event trophies i.e. The [Your Name Here] Men’s Varsity 8+Trophy. The Platinum Level sponsor's name, or a name of their choosing (and logo if applicable) will be engraved onto a presentation plaque that the winning team will take home to keep and display in their boathouse or trophy case. A representative is welcomed to present the awards to the recipients in the official medal ceremony after the conclusion of racing.
Championship Level Sponsors will receive all benefits listed above as well as naming and presentation rights to one of the Team Championship trophies i.e. The Illinois Junior Rowing Invitational Boy’s Championship Trophy - Presented by [Your Name Here]. The Platinum Level sponsor's name, or a name of their choosing (and logo if applicable) will be engraved onto a presentation plaque that the winning team will take home to keep and display in their boathouse or trophy case. A representative is welcomed to present the awards to the recipients in the official medal ceremony after the conclusion of racing.
We are looking for a key corporate partner to help invest in the long-term growth and expansion of these regattas and event infrastructure. Title Level sponsors will receive all benefits listed above as well as having their name incorporated into the title of the regattas.

*Donations involving naming rights may be made as pledges over multi-year agreements for a reduced rate (up to 5 years).

***All sponsorship pledges can be made as a tax-deductible donation to the Illinois Rowing Association, a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit committed to making the sport of rowing more accessible in the State of Illinois.
