Facilities

Portable toilets are available, as well as permanent pit toilet buildings which are located around the park. Please be aware, there is NO POTABLE WATER available at the site. Bottled water will be available for purchase.

Cell Phone Reception

Cell phone reception is notoriously bad around the venue. Verizon tends to have the best service of the major carriers, but is still quite spotty. This is an ongoing issue that we have been diligently working to solve over the years. Please take this into account when making plans. If you do need to make a call while at the venue, the best place to get a somewhat reliable signal is out near the finish line tent.

Merchandise and Concessions

There will be a variety of apparel and food vendors available for all spectators and athletes. Our teams have worked out a way to use Venmo and Stripe to process transactions, but cash transactions are preferred due to the limits of data connections.

Parking

Parking is very limited at the venue. Attendants will guide you to the correct parking lots. Crew trailers will be directed through the large main parking lot to a large open field, with team support vehicles staged in the main parking lot near the team tents and vendors. Volunteers and officials will park at the auxiliary on-site parking lot. Spectators and non-bus team travel must park in the off-site Spectator Parking Lot. A free shuttle service will be provided from 6 AM to 5 PM to transport people from the parking lot to the regatta site and back.  Buses may drop athletes off at the site but are required to park away from the venue due to space limitations.

In the event of muddy conditions, trailers will need to be parked close together in the paved lot and shells will need to be unloaded and staged/rigged in the field.

More information on parking can be found here.
